What's New?
Active Web Installer -- Create a small installer which can retrieve any or all of a complete installation package over the Internet, using any web server you choose. Because a user downloads only the pieces they need, you save their download time, and reduce your web server load at the same time. You can also easily distribute any of these "smart" installers on floppies or via email.

Visual Basic Project Wizard -- Point and click to create installers for your Visual Basic project. Just point your installer at your Visual Basic project file and Installer VISE determines which files you need.

Dependency walker/checker -- These two new utilities automatically determine DLL dependencies for executable files, and let you easily add the DLLs you need to your installer.

Auto-Create Updater Archive -- Don't replace entire files if you don't need to. Installer VISE creates updaters with just the bytes necessary to update older versions of a file to the new version. By not redistributing the entire file, your installer is considerably smaller. Couple this with the new Active Web installer and your clients can quickly download your latest version. Updaters have the additional advantage that the user must have the original files, so updates work only for current customers.

Embedded Archives -- Complex projects can be assembled from a collection of smaller archives. This greatly simplifies the process of building installers for complex products.
